The Food Allergy Counselor, Inc. takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of The Food Allergy Counselor:Include accessibility throughout our internal policies.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Limitations and alternatives

Known limitations for The Food Allergy Counselor: 

  • Some form fields do not have an Aria code because of the limitations of the software. The SaaS company promises to work on this; please email us if you cannot use the form, and we can sign you up manually for a membership.

  • When logged in, the tiny profile photo indicating the account does not have alt text or an Aria code. This has been reported to the SaaS company that runs the platform.
